Frequently Asked Questions
-
All of my starting rates are listed on my Pricing Page. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about what's included.
-
Yes. I ask for a non-refundable retainer to hold your date. Once we're booked I'm turning away other work for that day, so the retainer is what makes it official.
-
Fill out the Wedding Inquiry Form and I'll be in touch to set up a video call with you and your fiancé. It's a great chance to get to know each other and make sure we're a good fit.
-
I shoot the majority of my work solo, but I love having an additional photographer when it makes sense. A second shooter can be added to any package. If you're unsure whether it's worth it for your day, I'm happy to talk through it on our call.
-
A lot. I typically deliver between 70 and 100 images per hour of coverage, and it's often more than that.
-
Weddings are delivered within 30 to 60 days. Other sessions within 10 to 20 days. Depending on the season it can be faster than that.
-
I take this seriously. I shoot with two cameras, both with dual memory card slots, so your photos are being backed up as I shoot them. Back at the office, everything goes onto two separate hard drives and is uploaded to the cloud. You're covered against card failure, drive failure, theft, and fire.
-
Absolutely. You have full print rights and can take your images anywhere you'd like to print. Your online gallery also has a print shop built right in where you can order prints, enlargements, canvas, cards, and albums shipped straight to your door.
-
Yes please. Wedding days are long and I'll need a meal to keep going. I just ask for whatever the guests are being served.
-
I do. Real estate, commercial, and architectural work is handled through my other company, Whitecap Creative, where we offer photo, video, drone, floor plans, and more.
More questions? I'd love to jump on a call with you.
